Canossian ministries of charity need photos for they are often requested by different sectors. While photos are crowding in different social media accounts of Sisters or ministries, searching for specific photos of good quality has been quite difficult for the non-photography conscious group like us. Hence, the need to train ourselves in photography with the accessible device we have, our mobile phones.
Last February 25, Sisters from different communities gathered online for a webinar on basic tips in mobile photography. Mr. Wilfred Taja, a mobile photography fanatic by hobby and an English Teacher in San Jose National High School, Nueva Ecija generously shared tips in using our mobile phones to take pictures. The tips include handling the camera, how to take good photos in different perspectives and how to use the mobile camera features.
Sr. Magdalena Larcia oriented the sisters on the need for good photos in carrying out our mission. Sr. Maricriz Manila provided a good start with opening prayer and joined Sr. Magnolia Nuncio to facilitate photography-related unfreezers. Sr. Emerlyn Gawat and Sr. Magnolia gave messages of gratitude and appreciation to Sir Wilfred. With this seminar, photo requests of events from communities and ministries will be facilitated.
