April 3 was a day of “Enkwentro at Kwento” among 19 sisters who belong to the Adventurers’ group. These are the sisters with 16 to 25 years of Religious Profession.
A meaningful liturgy with prayer experience was prepared through the generosity and availability of Sr. Maria Elena Adre. Inspirational songs were played to set the mood for prayer and reflections. She also used the method of modified Lectio Divina to encounter the Word of God, the living Word that continues to keep them firm and faithful during difficult moments especially those times when they were afraid and at a loss because of the pandemic.
They were given time to narrate their love story with God and be reunited with their batchmates during the breakout group sharing. Twenty minutes duration was not enough to share their stories yet enough to spend and reconnect to persons who have been with them from the start of their journey and the first persons who have heard their love stories with God.
